Return & Refund Policy

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email support@nutrivrahealth.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements or health products cannot be returned.
